Computer Screen with the title: "Valentine's Day Activities for the Hybrid Classroom." The brick background is purple and the word "LOVE" is on top of the computer sceen.

Valentine’s Day is going to look different in this new hybrid world that we are living in. School is ever-changing, so I am rounding up my favorite math resources (and two FREEBIES at the bottom) you are going to LOVE!

Boom Decks

I cannot stress how much easier virtual learning is with BOOM CARDS! These digital task cards are so interactive and a favorite among students…and the best part? They are SElF-CHECKING. Less grading during these socially distant or virtual class parties? Sign me up! These fun and themed cards range with a variety of math topics both on my TPT store and my Boom Store.

Mystery Pictures & Color by Codes

My students LOVE mystery pictures and color-by-code activities; it gives them a little bit of a “break” from doing math 😂 There are a variety of Valentine’s Day themed options to choose from, and they are engaging…especially if you need to infuse content on your in-person celebration day! (Psst…check out this post to get a FREE Mystery Picture delivered to your inbox each month!)

Secret Picture Tiles

If you haven’t heard already, Secret Picture Tiles became one of my FAVORITE and go-to resources this past year! Read more about Secret Picture Tiles HERE and grab out a FREE Valentine’s Day Secret Picture Tile Sample!

Digital Activities for Googleâ„¢ Classroom

In this digital day and age, I am constantly relying on Googleâ„¢ Classroom, especially when I have students both in and out of my classroom. Find a variety of activities all hosted in Googleâ„¢, making it incredibly simple to assign in Googleâ„¢ Classroom!

3D Hanging Garlands

My students are PUMPED to create our next 3D Hanging Garland Display – 3D Hearts! These garlands are fun to create and easy to assemble and a perfect student-created decoration to keep in your classroom throughout the entire month (even after Valentine’s Day!)
